derived after the initial crystallization of sugarcane. This variety of sugar possesses
a coarser texture than ICUMSA 45, which is commonly known as white sugar, and
exhibits a brownish hue. Upon full refinement, raw brown sugar sourced from
sugarcane consists of approximately 70% white sugar.
